Choosing a Thai flower tea
Each of these is a single botanical with nothing added and no caffeine at any steeping time. They differ mostly in how forward the flavour is, so the easiest way to choose is by the cup you want.

| Osmanthus | Apricot sweetness | Tiny golden blossoms with a stone-fruit aroma; the most distinctive of the group. |
| Pandan leaf | Grassy, vanilla-like | Not a flower but a leaf, and the one Thai kitchens reach for most. Warm, green and faintly coconut-sweet. |
If you are starting from scratch
Take a 20g pack of chamomile and one of roselle. They sit at opposite ends of the range - one soft, one tart - so between them you will quickly learn which direction your taste runs, and both are gentle to brew.
How to brew them
Use roughly a teaspoon of dried botanical per cup, water just off the boil, and steep 3-5 minutes; roselle and osmanthus will take longer if you want them stronger. None of these will turn bitter the way tea leaf does, so a long steep is a matter of taste rather than a mistake. For iced tea, brew at double strength and pour over ice.

- Free shipping on the teas on this page. We have a $25 minimum order; orders of $45 or more ship free (conditions apply by destination), and below that a flat $19.90 tracked fee applies. The exceptions on the site are the 15-Herb blend’s two smallest packs: the 25-teabag pack carries a $19.90 charge and the 50-teabag pack $14.90, each per pack.
