What currency are prices in?
All prices are shown and charged in US dollars (USD). If your card is in another currency, your bank applies its own exchange rate and may add a foreign transaction fee.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. Payment is handled by our payment provider. We never see or store your card details.
What will appear on my statement?
A descriptor identifying this store or its payment processor. If you do not recognise a charge, email service@teasofthailand.com before raising a dispute — we can nearly always sort it out faster.
Shipping
How much is shipping?
Free on orders of US$45.00 or more, and on every 15-Herb pack from 75 teabags upwards whatever the order value. On any other smaller order a flat tracked-shipping fee of US$19.90 applies. The two smallest 15-herb packs carry a tracked shipping charge per pack, added at checkout: US$19.90 on the 25-teabag pack and US$14.90 on the 50. Hawaii and Canada do not get the usual free shipping: Hawaii pays a flat US$59.90 on every order; Canada pays US$15.90 per order up to 50 teabags (loose-leaf teas alone also US$15.90), then US$19.90 for every 150 teabags or part of that (US$19.90 for 51 to 150 teabags, US$39.80 for 250), and orders of 1,000 teabags or more ship free.
How long will my order take?
Orders are dispatched from Thailand within 1–3 business days, and delivery typically takes 6–14 business days after dispatch. Customs processing can add time.
Do I get tracking?
Yes — a tracking number is emailed to you when your parcel is dispatched. It can take a few days to start updating once the parcel leaves Thailand.
Will I pay customs or import duty?
United States: parcels are cleared through US customs before domestic delivery, and US customers are not normally asked to pay anything on delivery. Elsewhere it depends on your country: you are the importer of record, so any duty or import tax is set by your government and payable by you. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
Returns
Can I return a tea I did not like?
You can cancel within 30 days of delivery for any reason, provided the pack is unopened with seals intact — opened food cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. You pay the return postage for a change of mind.
What if it arrives damaged or wrong?
Email service@teasofthailand.com within 30 days with your order number and a photo. We will replace it or refund you in full, and we cover the return shipping.
How quickly are refunds paid?
To your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the return or confirming the fault — usually sooner. We make no deductions on lawful returns.
The teas
Do they contain caffeine?
No. These are herbal and flower infusions rather than leaf tea, so they are naturally caffeine-free.
How do I brew them?
Use about 2–3g (1–2 teaspoons) per cup, water just off the boil, covered, for 5–8 minutes. Herbal teas are forgiving — a longer steep deepens the flavour without turning it bitter. Every product page has a brewing guide.
