These Terms govern your use of TeasOfThailand.com and any order placed through the website. By using the site or placing an order you agree to them. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

3. Products and specifications

All products offered here are botanical herbal teas — food and beverage items for traditional infusion and culinary enjoyment. They are not dietary supplements or medicines, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any health condition.

Packaging, specifications and prices may change from time to time. We display product details as accurately as we can, but natural variation in colour, leaf size and appearance occurs between harvests.

4. Pricing and payment

Prices displayed on this site are in US dollars (USD). We are not VAT-registered, and no VAT is charged or implied on orders. If your card is denominated in another currency, your bank sets the exchange rate and may add a foreign transaction fee, which is outside our control.

Payment is processed securely by our payment provider. We do not store or collect your payment card details. Your statement will show a descriptor identifying this store or its payment processor — if you do not recognise a charge, please contact us first at service@teasofthailand.com; we can nearly always resolve it faster than a dispute.

We may cancel and refund an order if a product proves unavailable, if a price was listed in error, or if we cannot ship to your address.

5. Delivery

Shipping is free worldwide. Orders are dispatched from Thailand, normally within 1–3 business days, with delivery typically 3–12 business days after dispatch. Full detail, including customs responsibilities, is in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

6. Order cancellation and statutory returns

30-day cooling-off period: under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you may cancel within 30 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.

Exception: opened or unsealed tea cannot be returned, for food-safety and hygiene reasons.

Faulty goods: if products are faulty or misdescribed you are entitled to the remedies set out in the Consumer Rights Act 2015, as detailed in our Refund and Returns Policy.

7. Your account

If you create an account you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe it has been used without your permission.

8. Acceptable use and intellectual property

Please do not use this site unlawfully, or interfere with its operation or security. Site text, photography and branding are the property of THAITEAS LTD and may not be copied or reused commercially without written permission.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. These Terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms, and any dispute arising out of them or their subject matter, are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.

We may update these Terms. The version published here when you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
