Chamomile is the classic evening flower tea, and ours is grown and dried in Thailand. The small golden blossoms are dried whole rather than milled, so you can see exactly what goes into the cup.
Taste & aroma
Soft, floral and lightly sweet, with the gentle apple-like note chamomile is known for. The finish is smooth and rounded, without the dustiness of finely ground tea dust.
How to serve
Steep 5–8 minutes in water just off the boil. Excellent plain, and very good with a spoon of honey. A slice of lemon lifts it if you prefer something brighter.
Naturally caffeine-free, so it can be enjoyed at any hour. Store in a sealed container, away from heat and direct sunlight.

Dried chamomile flowers. Nothing else — no additives, flavourings, sweeteners or preservatives.
