Taste & aroma
Gently aromatic, with soft floral notes over a warmer, earthy base. Smooth and mellow, the sort of cup that suits the end of a meal or a quiet evening.
How to serve
Steep 5–8 minutes in water just off the boil, covered, so the aromatics stay in the cup. Good plain, and takes honey or lemon well. Herbal blends are forgiving — a longer steep deepens the flavour without turning it bitter.
Naturally caffeine-free, so it can be enjoyed at any hour. Store in a sealed container, away from heat and direct sunlight.
